Characteristics

Most known common reinforced PEEK compounds are mixtures of PEEK with glass fibres, carbon fibres, Graphite, PTFE and also ceramics. PEEK compounds may support its tribological abilities, rigidity, electric-insulation or wear resistancy.

  • Tribological properties support

  • Stiffness

  • Electrical insulation

Applications

PEEK functional compounds can be converted by thermoplastic processes into semi finished goods or can be injection molded.
